Resistance is often the human response to strategic changes. What can managers do to
overcome resistance? Please discuss an example of a time you experienced and/or overcame
resistance in the workplace.

2014). What components are typically found in an emergency operations plan (EOP) for a health
services organization (HSO)? Also, discuss details of items that would be found in an EOP. If you
