Lactate Threshold Report
Present the results of a lactate threshold test. You must present your findings in a suitable manner and you must be able to correctly identify the lactate threshold using an appropriate method, which you must reference. You must discuss how your results will help you as an Exercise Scientist to assist your participant’s training and prescribe a training program that is suitable for your participant to undertake, whilst demonstrating a clear understanding of the underpinning physiological mechanisms.
