Your peers reflection essay will show how the change experience relates (or
not) to the material discussed in the first three weeks of class. This assignment is NOT an
evaluative judgment of the change experience. As such, students are NOT to comment on
the quality or content of the essay they are analyzing but are to consider it as a mini-case
study, a frame upon which to hang the theories and concepts that have been covered in
class your role as a critic: you have to reflect on the issues and offer comments as if you had ‘seen’ the situation as a Change agent and were now offering your advice to the client. Not all narratives will be perfect; be sympathetic and do your best! Needless to say, there is no need for you to offer comments on language and other formatting issues
