Your task is to:
By referring to Task 3 from your first Portfolio, critically reflect on your experiences in your team and understanding of teamwork and leadership by addressing the following:
- Discuss and demonstrate the progress in your understanding of teamwork.
- Discuss the personal characteristics you felt you would bring to the team. Re-write the list now and justify any changes or why the list remains unchanged.
- Discuss your contribution to the leadership within your team, based on your experiences in the team and with reference to the research literature. Compare and contrast this with your thoughts from Portfolio 1.
In order to support your observations you should summarise and cite examples from your team discussions (e.g. forums, meeting minutes, etc.). Extensive examples can be included as appendices. In order to critically reflect on your understanding you will need to refer to the literature.
