Addiction Studies Research Proposal

Write my research proposal to include the following: Introduction, Review of Literature, and Methodology sections

My research will be based on the questions below:

RQ1: Do participants who have relapsed……regularly attend alcoholics anonymous, substance use disorder individual therapy or substance use disorder group therapy?

RQ2: What did the participant who attended alcoholics anonymous, substance use disorder individual or group therapy learn that assisted in their sobriety?

I have included all of the documents i have completed for the research proposal.  I just need them combined to be included in my IRB application
