Fundraising Strategic Plan

Fundraising Strategic Plan:

In this course you will develop a fundraising strategic plan for a prospective nonprofit organization (developed in PNP 5901) or for an existing nonprofit agency of which you are employed (in-service students).  For the fundraising strategic plan, you will do the following:

  • Develop a 5-year fundraising strategic plan. By doing so, you will have to make assumptions and projections about environmental, economic, political, and social changes that are likely to occur in a post Covid-19 world;
  • Assess changes in the fiscal health (e.g., net profit margin, return on assets, liquidity, etc.) of the NPO in order to address the long-term sustainability;
