Investigate the relationship between globalization and populism.

A minimum of 15 sources is required, 8 of which must be academic in nature (scholarly books, journal articles, chapters in edited books). The others may be from popular press sources (newspaper articles, magazines such as The Economist).

 Is globalization responsible for the rise of populism?

 What are the principal reasons for increasing inequality in industrialized countries?
