The dissertation literature review question is ‘can the Gender Pay Gap ever be abolished in the UK?’
This needs answering in 2 parts:
1) The neoliberalism influence on the Equality Act
2) Current UK views from academics on whether the Gender Pay Gap can ever be abolished
