Sometimes Medical Centers and educational institutions have barriers that need to be overcome before a project may be implemented. Planning for these barriers as well as highlighting the benefits of the project will increase ease of project implementation as well as decrease problems that may occur. Assess the following in your paper: 1. Analyze the benefits of your project, including benefits to your area of work or to the community as a whole. 2. Identify challenges that might need to be overcome and how you plan on overcoming the challenges 3. If you have an individual or group that may oppose your project implementation, describe how will you plan on enlisting their support or lessening their lack of support 4. Describe those individuals or institutions that may provide support and how that support may occur 5.
