This is a research paper in which you are expected to analyze energy storage in batteries used for photovotaice systems. Solar energy is intermittent and it is important to understand the behavior of battery storage. The paper is to be formatted in Harvard style. Use at least 25 mix of sources (peer reviewed journals, websites, and books). The length of the paper to be 4,750-5,050 words.

The three types of qualitative research are phenomenological, grounded theory, and ethnographic research. Compare the differences and similarities between two of the three types of qualitative studies and give an example of each.

1. Create a brief overview of the company requirements for a total rewards system.
2. Formulate a total rewards strategy to encompass the fundamentals of compensation and the regulatory environments.
3. Explain the advantages of the total rewards strategy you are proposing and how it might satisfy the employees’ needs.
4. Determine the key communication components of the total rewards system.
5. Indicate your strategy for devising a competitive pay structure.
6. Use at least five (5) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not quality as academic resources.

Conventions of Analytical writing:

Assignment:   Pick your favorite feature length film and analyze the following elements:

• How does the film meet the tropes (or stereotypes) of the genre? Or, how do does it not use the tropes/what is different?

Background  Provide your reader with a broad base of understanding of the research topic. The goal is to give the reader an overview of the topic, and its context within the real world, research literature, and theory. (3 – 5 Pages)

Problem Statement This section should clearly articulate how the study will relate to the current literature. This is done by describing findings from the research literature that define the gap. Should be very clear what the research problem is and why it should be solved. Provide a general/board problem and a specific problem (150 – 200 Words)

Literature Review Using your annotated bibliography, construct a literature review. (5-10 pages)

Discussion Provide a discussion about your specific topic findings. Using the literature, you found, how do you solve your problem? How does it affect your general/board problem? (3-5 pages)

This presentation must be supported by the research paper.

Purpose

During this week and next, you will develop the first draft of your final product for your semester research project. You will design, develop and present your argument research as a formal presentation. Learning to compose presentations provides you with experience in writing professionally for a variety of audiences; it also serves as a way for others to learn about and study the many complications children’s literature has to offer.

Directions

At this point in the development of your final research project, you have composed a tentative argument thesis focused on a topic you selected from the Research Project Topics.  You have spent time reading and conducting extensive research about the thesis argument you developed. In addition, the research materials you found have been listed in your annotated bibliography for easy access and reference. From that research, you have completed a sentence outline/first draft for your presentation.

Now it’s time to take that research and apply it to a formal presentation. Your presentation needs to be a composition of text, visuals, and audio, reflecting the research you have completed this semester. You may choose to use PowerPoint for your presentation, or any other digital presentation format that allows you to use text, visual, and audio.

Your project presentation should include:
