An organization, say ABC, is designing a website and needs feedback from potential customers or the public. You have seen the website and you have your reservations about it.

Using the principles of technical communication, compose a MEMO that critiques an Organization’s website. Here are some questions to consider:

What information should be more easily accessible?
Is all the necessary information included?
How can the website be improved?
How can the website appear more user-friendly?
What nodes or pages should be included on the menu? How should the menu be organized?
What is done well?
Where is there too much information? Not enough?
How could an online student utilize the website?
These are just starter questions. Feel free to use any information from the readings and course that you think will help critique the website.
