You need referencing at least 6 /7 and must not be 10 years old and policy brief is written as in objective brief way not in advocacy brief way. I have provided a link in question where you can get an example to do it. As this assignment is based on first assignment 1 which I have done and I have chosen Aboriginal people as a specific population in Australia and the two social determinants as health risk factors and education so you need to address the two social determinants as i have already identified in the specific population group.
